Are you already familiar with all the options available through our EAP program? In our regular short online sessions, we introduce you to one of awo lifebalance’s areas of expertise at a time. This event focuses specifically on our services related to caring for family members:

Purposes of the processing activity:
We use ZOOM to host a digital presentation.
ZOOM is a service provided by Zoom Video Communications, Inc. Headquartered in San Jose, USA. For information on the provider’s privacy policy, please visit: https://zoom.us/de-de/privacy.html#_Toc44414835
This program allows you to send and receive voice and video messages.
The virtual program is intended for employees and is managed by awo lifebalance GmbH. Participants use the link generated by awo lifebalance GmbH to participate.
Legal basis for the processing activity:
Consent pursuant to Art. 6, para. 1(a). a The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is automatically complied with by accepting the invitation and participating in the video conference. Participation is voluntary. An objection may be raised at any time by leaving the video conference.
What data is processed:
When using ZOOM , various types of data are processed. The following personal data is subject to processing:
User Information: Display Name, Profile Picture (image display can be turned off)
Invitation details: Last name, first name, email address; meeting details: meeting ID, participant IP address.
Text, audio, and video data: During an online meeting, your voice and video data are transmitted. You also have the option of using a chat feature for text input.
Scope of processing:
We’re using ZOOM to host the digital presentation. The video conference will not be recorded .
Categories of Recipients / Disclosure of Data:
As a participant, we would like to inform you that your image and audio will be transmitted via camera and microphone during the web conferences and will be visible to all participants throughout the event.
This data, as well as any written comments you may have made in a chat module that is also available, will remain online only until the end of the event.
If your employer requests this information from us, we will share your name and your participation in the event with them solely for payroll and/or statistical purposes.

Data Transfer to a Third Country:

Additional Disclosure Requirements:
Retention period for personal data:
Unless the event is recorded, we will store your data only for the duration of the online event. Personal data will be deleted as soon as the purpose for which it was collected no longer applies and there is no legal obligation to retain it.
Rights of the data subject:
You have the right to obtain information (pursuant to Art. 15 of the GDPR) from the controller regarding the personal data concerning you, as well as the right to rectification (Art. 16 of the GDPR), erasure (Article 17 of the GDPR), and restriction of processing (Article 18(1) of the GDPR). Furthermore, you have the right to object to the processing (Art. 21 of the GDPR) as well as the right to data portability (Art. 20 of the GDPR).

Obligation to Provide Personal Data:

Participation is not possible without providing the data.
Changes to this Privacy Policy:
We update this privacy policy when there are changes to our data processing practices or for other reasons that make it necessary.

Technical Requirements
To successfully participate in our online programs, the following technical requirements must be met:
- Stable Internet connection (at least 16 Mbit)
- Laptop or tablet with a microphone and camera
- The programs or apps “Zoom,” “MS Teams,” or similar ones are generally used.
- To participate via cell phone or tablet, please download the appropriate app
- Signing in on an Apple device will only work if you have installed the app first
