This also applies to people with care level 1.<\/p>\n\n<p>This entitlement does <strong>not<\/strong> apply<strong> to <\/strong><strong>semi-inpatient care<\/strong>, such as day care. On a case-by-case basis, the Medical Service will determine whether day care is necessary in group homes.
